Drivers |

Linux kernel 2.4.20 and greater has VCP drivers for FTDI's FT8U232AM,
FT8U245AM and FT8U100AX devices built-in to the OS kernel so no
downloads are necessary. Our thanks go to

BSD Drivers |
|

Free BSD version 4.8 and greater contains the uftdi driver which
provides built-in support for FT8U232AM and FT8U245AM based peripherals.

Free BSD version 6 will
support the FT2232C device. Free BSD version 5 will also support
the FT2232C device with a patch.

BSD Drivers |

Open BSD version 2.9 and greater contains the uftdi driver which
provides built-in support for FT8U100AX serial ports. Open BSD
version 3.2 and greater also provides support for FT8U232AM and
