The FT8U100AX multi-function USB 1.1 hub controller IC is a popular choice for USB docking stations and other products requiring multiple legacy ports. Features include inbuilt RS232 serial, PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports combined with up to 7 other USB hub ports which can be used for USB expansion or to provide further legacy ports in conjunction with other USB legacy support ICs. The FT8U100AX is supplied in a 100LD QFP package.
