Why does MProg not detect my device?

MProg will only detect devices with D2XX drivers installed. If a device is installed with VCP drivers, MProg will not be able to recognise it.

In the case of the FT2232C device using FTC drivers under Windows 2000 or Windows XP, MProg will communicate with the device whichever driver is installed. This is due to the layered architecture of this driver.
